Tandem Associates, Inc. has been active in the revitalization and commercialization of Philadelphia and has worked with some regionally recognized clients, such as Chickie’s and Pete’s, Harvest Grill, Wawa, the Community College of Philadelphia, and the University of Pennsylvania.
